my good friends
on the 4th of jan 201o i embark on another journey into
Asia. it is a trip that i have been thinking of for over a decade
and now I feel fortunate enough to be able to spend 100 days
or so exploring Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia.
Of course it is not without cost as as is usual in my life
I have no home nor fixed work position etc.. but believe
that the things i have seen and places visited will be gone
before too long and we live in a strange privileged time
when travel was available quickly and almost affordable.
The cultures I have seen in my small lifetime have
already changed almost beyond recognition so
for me, even though i have no money or material
home it is worth the sacrifice to see and experience
some more of this remarkable orb we all call home!
I hope that you can all enjoy this blog and also
find some time in your busy life to contribute
in anyway: time, comments or even financially.
Whatever you do or feel, feel it on here

ReplyDeleteI moved on the 4th of January as well...driving across country to a dramatic voice in my head saying "go west". Perhaps the voice in your head was saying "go east"....
